Cantrian Races

Postby Nick » Wed Apr 27, 2005 5:58 pm

For those of us who have characters in alternate language groups, we know that animals are a huge problem there. Most people die from the overpopulation of animals. If you're no good with a shield, you won't last long in the non-english lands.

With genetics, I'm noticing that in the French area, newspawns are getting stronger and stronger. I think that if the French ever meet the English, the French will be the superior race, genetically.

The developped english areas are pampered.

Well if they met at this instant, the English would clobber the French due to superior numbers and a more developped society.

But duel a frenchman, and you won't live to tell the tale. ;-)

Well, superior numbers and more developed, but also:
shields
weapons
lack of damage from being eaten by animals already.

Shields and weapons would be what I was referring to by developped...

And the ones that are taking damage from animals are only waiting to die... you can only survive in "France" if you rarely get hurt by animals.

Actually in Romov, there is a fully operational longsword workshop. It won't take long until all the "Romovais" are wielding swords. :D

That's only if their feet are rooted to the ground.

They can travel, aimlessly. Erm, and waste food by eating it if it is given to them?

I've been wanting to get a character on the spanish island, but I can't because none of my current characters seem to get into any trouble.

Wow...if they're actually getting stronger, and are getting armed...when they find the developed regions it'll be like a paradise...

...driving the surviving English players to the animal-infested ones, where they'll become stronger through natural selection while the Frenchies get weaker with no predators, until finally the English return and easily take back what's rightfully theirs.

Of course, we'll be smart enough not to leave any survivors...

Or...
They'll be so heavily outnumbered that they'll be clobbered into next Cantr year if they try any funny business...
