Theres an old project for leather boots in the Imperial Production Center. It need nails. Could you remove the nail requirement, since its not needed anymore?

Removed the requirement.
It's a good idea to bump your requests so once in a while. Sometimes, we just overlook/forget it.
Just don't do it every hour. Once a day should be ok.
No idea about your Flyspray problem.
