Mine was Hako Otoko.

Rufus Ragnarson, founder of Blaman. Wrote it's constitution, and built the town hall.
edit: his fiancée was Lenorra Ness Tiffa, actually.

And someone else who ran for mayor but lost to Victor and went crazy.
I forget.

Blaman...?

*watching the tumbleweed roll by*
That area is ominously devoid of life recently

Recently?
If you're saying recently... you don't know Blaman.

No, I don't know Blaman... I was just saying that, like so many place sin Cantr, it seems to have declined ""somewhat considerably""

In order to decline, it must have at one point been exciting.
Blaman does not fit the qualifications.
There are many regions around the world that are boring, but used to be fun... or are fun but used to be boring.
Blaman has been consistently boring.

Jonathon Russell

He shaped Quillanoi, dragged it kicking and screaming, survived at least one coup, and converted at least one ambitious businessman to his cause.

Without him Quillanoi can't be the same

I think there are enough people in Quillanoi who know how it works to keep the government running smoothly.

President Russell is dead? That is a memorable death. I'm truly surprised. I think a character in power can only hope that they've established a town enough that it can run on it's own, like a machine, without a figure head. He was more then a figurehead though.

In my opinion - which I think is holding up well as far as current events go - Jonathan Russell WAS the Quillanoi governement, and the driving force behind most of the town. His successor - no offence meant to the player in question - is no match whatsoever.

I'd like to see Amon and Sven flare up some more... that would be neat.
