Projects not moving

Several of my characters have projects that are at 0% and are not getting any closer to done.

What is also odd, when I login, I have a message of Jos Elkink (2005-04-04) like I had a character with that name that died but I didn't.

Cantr 'ticks' in intervals of three hours.

The message of Jos Elkink is a message from the Game Admin to you as a player. All players have or had that message. You can remove it, after you have read it.
