I think you gave me whatever it is you have.
* dry cough developed Friday
* sore throat developed Friday
* pain/pressure in my upper chest when I cough for more than 30 seconds
* congestion developed yesterday
* post nasal drip developed this morning

I'm going to the on-campus health clinic this afternoon. With my luck, the symptoms will have disappeared by then.

I was wondering today if I might possibly have whooping cough, since it occasionally makes the whooping sound when I'm in the middle of a coughing bout. Also one time I coughed so much that it made me vomit.

Yes, adults can have whooping cough. Go to the doctor because it can develop into pneumonia.
A hug can make everything better.

I'm starting to wonder if I'm entering a psychosis. I'm not hearing voices but I've grown increasingly paranoid recently. One time I was in a grocery store and there were a couple of little girls in the queue ahead of me. They were whispering to each other and occasionally we made eye contact. I'm convinced they were talking about me.
