This is a nice addition but I have a feeling it is going to annoy me when I start to see things like. Knives or tools made out of gold or silver in their description when you can't make those items out of those materials in game. I dont know why it bothers when I see people RP things that goes against the capabilities in game.

Description authors are logged, so they can feel the taste of banhammer.
Or have a nice and fruitful conversation with PD about description rules. ;)

Don't hesitate to report descriptions which break the rules. There's no dedicated object description report page, but you can use character description or standard support form.

I don't think it'll be that bad though... I don't see that many char descriptions that go so much against the rules, either.

Parrots
Domesticated parrots (macaws, rainbow lorikeets and cockatoos) have a new magic functionality.
To check it: tame, adopt a parrot, keep it in your inventory and see what happens. :D

I bet they talk!

Speaking about descriptions, I think there is a glitch with them. I just found out one of my characters has the tool to describe the bone knife I have. But when I click on the option next to the bone knife and sends me to the area to describe it, it comes up as describing the bone flute I have instead. can some one fix this please?

The bone knife is the tool you can use to change descriptions of certain items.
The scissors button indicates that the item is a description changing tool, not that its description can be changed.

Oh. thanks for clearing that up. which item can be used to change the bone knife's description, and can a picture be implemented like in notes? And if not, can some one make picture be able to be implemented? Thanks!

Having to select the writing tool first, to me, seems a bit non-intuitive. If i want to give my sword a name, or describe my outrageous feathered hat, my first instinct is to take the item, then look for the proper tool to en- or describe it and finally decide upon the exact text.

Is there a particular reason to make the procedure like it is?
I think ...

Describable objects can have more buttons than tools which are used for describing.

And nice touch about the new location of the turn report requests. Thanks! :)
