I wouldn't mind having water in the soup recipe, as long as it wasn't an obnoxious amount.

I saw someone bumped the water thread, so maybe something will change.

We have ice cream and cookies DX no fair.. and I really really really want to see more recipes with berries! I know they're rare.. but what's the point in having something so rare, if there's only like 1 or 2 things you can make with them, and they're all boring things like raisins or kisiel? I wish there were more possibilities.. like blueberry pie, or strawberry shortcake (I've never seen strawberries but they're on the wiki, do they exist?) And why is there only raspberry jam? No raspberry (or this mysterious strawberry) jam? Blueberry jam? Grape jam? (I hate grape jam but still.. should be an option =P) I was gonna write more but the forum won't let me post more than a paragraph on any threads so I'll wait =(

I did suggest the strawberry jam - feel free to revive that thread! I agree that we should be able to make jam with all berries.

And yes, the strawberries do exist, I have seen them on two islands now. My char's house and car are named after them. :)

As for the water, I don't think it's necessary to add it to every recipe, we can make dough without it after all, it's just a feature of the Cantrian world for me.

Also, it would be really nice to have more regional cuisines represented in the game. Meatballs, baklava, nut & honey cake, eggplant and stuffed vegetables (well, usually vine leaves, tomatoes and peppers), bulgar rice with tomatoes and onions are a few things that come to mind from my home country (now I miss home, damn. :) ). I really do wish Seko's idea of being able to grow vegetables etc would be implemented, the possibilities then would be endless!

And more things for herbs than just healing liquids. Lemon juice is in some things, and dill and basil and garlic each are in only one food respectively, and peppermint now that there's Mint Jelly I guess. Why is there no lemonade? We have lemon juice, sugar and water! My character could set up a lemonade stand. But he's too nice to charge, so people would just pay in hugs =P

I know this is a stretch.. but different kinds of ice cream would be AWESOME, what if you could put nuts in ice cream? There's nothing fun to make with nuts in Cantr! Berry ice cream, mint ice cream... and for that matter it would be really nice to have chocolate some day, I think it would cure a lot of the depression going around in the green world. Breakup? Chocolate. Death? Chocolate. Bored? Chocolate. Okay I really like chocolate...

I wish there was an in-game reason to eat more varied foods, and to RP that eating. Is it possible to turn off auto-eating on a per-character basis? Because I'd like to auto eat while traveling for days through the desert, but RP it when in a town. I mean, auto-eating should only keep you from starving, not keep you at the peak of health.

Speaking of bones, why can't we use small bones for aspic?

I wanted to suggest baklava. Luckily I did a search first and found this thread full of lovely ideas. Yes, please!

Oooh baklava! Pastry dough and honey! Maybe nuts? That would be an awesome way to add more recipes for honey, and also there is no recipe for nuts, as far as I know.. and that's boring because in real life nuts are really varied and add a lot to a lot of things like deserts, or meat dishes. We should have trail mix. Raisins and nuts, make them less boring.
