Forum Issue - 0 new messages, -1 unread messages

As the title says, the forum is currently telling me I have -1 unread messages and I can't figure out how to get rid of the message.

I've had this several times. Usually goes away once you get a new message.
Don't remember where I was - I realized life was a game - The more seriously I took things - The harder the rules became
