I'm really starting to remember just how important this is for me to stay on track. I've only been back for a few weeks now, and I already forget what I intended my character's initial personalities and simple quirks to be. Luckily, they're still young enough to be malleable.

Ugh... the implication that one should/must settle in to a particular personality as they get older sounds like some sort of awful nightmare.

I thought about it earlier this afternoon... I lose a lot of time to it and I'm a little behind on my study... Hm

Please, Henkie, don't? There are already not enough Dutchies around...

Ah well, you know you won't have the strength, anyway.

O with good grounds I'll delete in a heartbeat. But I won't, it was just a spur of the moment :)

Also, as part of my building healthier perspectives, I'm going to see if I can get my forum username changed. Xander isn't my real name, it's Stephen. I do feel, outside of the game, that I don't have much self-confidence, self-esteem or anything like that, and it doesn't help when I seem to prefer hiding behind a fake first name.

Logged in today for the first time in probably two weeks. It's odd to see some people still caring about my minor characters. So I'm going to stick around for awhile, but my activity will still be very limited and scarce. And I am most definitely going to prune my chars list.

The temptation to unsub comes and goes an awful lot lately. Right now it's very tempting.

You're one the best RP'ers in the game, so I hope you stick around. Maybe have a break for a while?

Aww thank you. :)

Normally after a day or two the feeling passes though, this time it hasn't. I am going to give it through the holidays though and see how I feel then.

Same thought has come to me, especially seeing how busy I've been offline lately and how little I have been able to play. And the less I play, the more 'afraid' I am to go back and try to catch up again.

But quitting would feel very 'cowardish' to me. Not saying that I think it is cowardly in general - other people may have very good reasons to quit!!!

Anyways - I am not ready to push the 'Unsub' button yet. I apologise from here to all the people I've frustrated with my long sleeping periods and promise to do better this year!

The X is getting tempting after almost 10 years of playing :(
