I took my first 'sold' photo in to be framed! I have finally sold one of my works, I am soooo excited. This is a picture that was specifically requested, of a very specific tree on the island. One that will be recognizable to those on the island. The final image will be hung in a business! YAY ME!

First official day back on the job.. well tomorrow is.. Its also the kids first day of school. I've now got a high school student and two 5th graders! Of course.. I'm not looking forward to having to get up at 430 in the morning. Really wish my oldest wasn't so hard to get up in the mornings.. and didn't primp like a girl. Then I might have been able to stay in bed for an extra 30 minutes!

My Internet is down and I have an assignment due tonight. I can complete my discussion board posts on my phone, but not the assignment. I'm a little frustrated.

You should be able to email your teacher and explain the situation. I know mine are understandable as long as I let them know ahead of time.

This will happen to me next Tuesday. But why 4:30? At what time does school start where you are???

I am actually a bus driver. I don't live in the city but in the country. It takes me 25 minutes to get to work then I have to inspect my bus before getting to my first stop. But even before I leave for work, I have 3 children ages 14, 11, and newly 10 that I have to get up and get them ready by a certain time so I'm not late to start my day..My oldest starts school at 7 am. My first stop starts at 630.. I have to be at work by 6.. which means I leave my house at 530.. so that gives me an hour to get 3 kids, myself ready to get out the door.. breakfast in their bellies.. and well I'm sure you know everything else as well. Anyways.. breakfast time.. Gotta leave in 9 minutes! Have a great day everyone.
