Broken or being repaired or...?
Seems that Google Chrome has issues. I jumped onto (I.E.) and the build menu works. So whatever Chrome is doing...or not doing has me befuddled. Anyway...

I have no problems in Crome or Firefox. Must be something on your side. Try restarting your browser, clear cache etc.
