It's perfect on the grill. Good for scraping the racks clean. Easily flip burgers. Its more of a prybar than a crowbar, but that is pretty much the same thing.

So, my mom is sitting in the chair and I'm on the couch with my iPod and my laptop, and she's making me watch and listen to a bunch of stuff from Saturday Night Live, mostly Rosanne Rosanna Dana. I'm sure it's all very amusing and stuff, but my mind is somewhere else and I WANT TO PLAY CANTR AND LISTEN TO MY MUSIC, DANGIT. I haven't even gotten through one song yet.

ToD: At this precise moment I think answering machines are the best invention ever, they can bring such good news... I've been officially proposed to publish in a compilation of short stories and my new Nikon has arrived. Besides, there are cool beers and the Celtics are beating Miami Heat.
I've been feeling no selfdestructive, nor anxious, nor anything wrong... and now I feel so absurdly happy -and just a little drunk- that I just need to share it, even here.

Maybe sometimes it is just a matter of choices...

My ToD: I set out to get pictures today for my 365... I ended up getting Eagle shots as he took flight. My 200mm lens was maxed out and no tripod, but they still turned out pretty good!

I am so tired...busy weekend. Disneyland with 10 other people (mostly kids) and then the zoo with my hubby and 4 kids on Sunday. I'm beat. It's summer vacation, and I'm already ready for school to start back up.

Okay, so! I've been practicing my trumpet skills a lot lately, I've been taking private lessons :3 Well, today, I picked up the trumpet and hit a /beautiful/ high C, and as soon as I did it, I did a gay little squeal and dropped the trumpet on my foot >_>

Grrr about being assigned my least favorite daily task at work, 9 months before the coworker that normally does it retires! It is one of the two or three things that I detest doing, and one of the things she loves the most! I already know how to do it, so if I must take it over, it could wait at least a few months longer! June 11th is a bad enough date on the calendar for me without this kind of news as well.
