Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
I got bitten by a dog for the 23rd time last year. I look like one giant scar. Never work for an under-equipped obedience training facility. "We never put a healthy dog down" They said. They should consider a dogs mental health a little. I've had more dogs teeth engraved into my bones than a postman covered in bacon.

You know I could sue them for you (not the dogs). No win, no fee.

I signed so many contracts, agreements and liability waivers that I couldn't sue them if they gave me a signed contract saying I could.

Wrong. Liability for personal injury or death as a result of negligence cannot be waived no matter how many contracts you sign to that effect as those terms are void.
Just saying.

You mean, a layer of lamb chops wrapped over the legs ISN'T the standard issue protection against dog bites? Darn, they really did have it in for me...

Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
SATs today.
One of the easiest tests I've ever taken, with the exception of the reading section. Why must there be so many words with nearly-but-not identical meanings?!?
Tomorrow it's back to the usual Sunday grind, with the exception of maybe going to a friend's graduation party. I actually cried at this year's graduation. I bawled like a baby. It was messy. I'm really going to miss these people.
But I did score some sympathy hugs from it. Lol..
I just realized that I forgot to eat any other meal besides breakfast and the snack I had at the SAT. -stomach growls-
I saw a once-former Cantriian today. The one I introduced to the game about a year ago. He's apparently not having a great time with it at the moment, but he seemed like he was kind of happy with it.

Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
School's out for the summer!!!!!!!
Of course, I never truly stop going to school. In fact, I'm going back Monday through Thursday of next week to help run the middle school band camp we're hosting. I have a grand total of two weeks this summer, not including weekends, that are free from any band or musical obligations.
So, I might come back to Cantr more. Or I might obsess over my fanfics (when I'm not being all band-nerdy).
But now, it's time for bed. Good night!

Random cat ramblings....
1) Our local Cat Haven put a webcam in the outdoor run and put live access on the website, adoptions went up dramatically and the cats are sooooo cute.
2) Professional meeting at my place of work where my team presented the latest research findings to a group of industry sponsors. Two international sponsors logged in remotely. Two way sound, no video, but they can see the slides we present. An hour in, mewing is heard. It gets louder and more insistent. It's coming from the speakers. (Funnier then cantr players with cats typing randomly as they run over the keyboard.)
Someone in <insert country here> had a hungry cat......

I wish that I could say the same. Just finished midterms for this quarter....and even when this quarter ends, there will be another following it (although there will be a two week break).
TOTD: Speaking of midterms, got the results back for two of the exams, and I scored a perfect 100% on them both. Usually, I would feel happy about this, but right now, it's more of a 'bleh' feeling. Perhaps it is the heat?
TOTD: When you are sunburned, people, animals, and inanimate objects all seem to sense it, then rush to slap, scratch, poke, and fall onto it. This was going to be an ROTD, but it honestly doesn't hurt nearly enough to be ranting about it. More an observational musing I guess.

Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
Why do people who are walking around with crowbars strapped to themselves always (okay...usually) ask: "what do you want a crowbar for?".
Maybe the same reason you have one? It seems that there is always the implication that if you want a crowbar, you are likely a criminal; Everyone who wants a sword is not a murderer; A crowbar is not a thief; A boat is not a pirate; Silk clothes is not a sex fiend...well, maybe on that one. But you get my ROTD point.
Be well
edit: I re-punctuated so that my meaning is more clear.

If a crowbar was a thief, then at my house a crowbar would actually be a chef, since I use one as a cooking instrument.
