My brother (Yugo) came over yesterday, brought up Cantr, and began agreeing with my wife that I am playing too much. Now I'm getting pressured to delete my Cantr account. The worst part is, when my wife turned her back to him he would make all these faces mocking me. I told a couple of my buddies and they laughed it off. It may be pretty funny, but he's a devious s***-head lol

Another solution to this, is spend a day away from Cantr, but during that day, bug the wife to the point of insanity. Be as annoying as possible without looking like you are trying to be. Make her think that this is what she will get if you lose Cantr. If she tries to do something, demand attention. Maybe she will then beg -you- to go back to playing Cantr!

Cantr has come in handy in multiple situations for me. Like when I get in an argument with a person, I know because of cantr that shooting them with a crossbow will lead to bad things.

Well anyways, it was nice playing with everyone. I'm not going to delete my account. Don't want to give my brother the satisfaction. But I must take an extended break from Cantr. If you notice a favorite character of yours not waking up, I'm truly sorry .

I really hate it when people get wrapped around word definitions where it doesn't help clarify anything. It is probably the least interesting discussion you can have. Saw a link to a TED thing about questions we don't know the answers to, one of which was "How many universes are there?"

Some dude responded that he doesn't use the Merrian-Webster definition of the word universe, and instead would, "describe "the universe" as the 'the all encompassing everything that permeates all levels of everything.' There is nothing that is not of the universe. So to ask is there more than one universe, well you could just ask, what's outside of everything? More everything! It's just more universe."

Okay, lovely, all you did was prompt the initial question asker to state the definition of universe that they were using, when you already knew. You've added absolutely zero insight or perspective to the discussion, nor have you asked an interesting question. To borrow from Feynman, they're interested in what the bird is doing (or in this case, what it is), not the name of the bird.

You can know the name of a bird in all the languages of the world, but when you're finished, you'll know absolutely nothing whatever about the bird... So let's look at the bird and see what it's doing — that's what counts. I learned very early the difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something.
