I had a shitty-ass day. Probably not as bad as Aurora's Sunday, but still a complete loss of a day.

We have that joke when our knees click on bending. I can't seem to cover that up, maybe cough as I squat?

btw, what she was asking me (my boss), i learned -is- illegal, which i wasnt aware of. and it means that the top dogs could be impeached from their jobs.

Wow, that sucks. :( At least you know that your instincts were right.

I would be careful about taking the polygraph test. Who is asking you to take one? Apart from problems of unreliability, the results may not be admissible in court, depending on the laws in your jurisdiction.

MelloYell, all this publicity is ultimately a good thing. The immediate future for your job will suck, but this is definitely something you didn't want to be caught under. And there are plenty of people out there who want to hire honest, moral people. Not to mention you could always write a book ;-)

Rant: This is completely ridiculous, but I have no idea how to prepare for my test tomorrow. He sat us down yesterday and gave us extensive details on how he wants us to answer each of the ten essay questions (I have 3000 words of notes just from yesterday), so logic dictates that I should just familiarize myself with that, but it doesn't feel like enough. I have all my notes from lecture, but I don't want to get caught up focusing on something I don't need to know, and I have the textbook, but there's the same problem there, plus the fact that not all the information I need is in the textbook. That would seem to further indicate that I should just study the notes from yesterday and maybe refer to lecture notes and the textbook to clarify things if necessary, but it feels like that's not enough. I think the problem is just that I'm ridiculous and getting two 88s and a 222/248 in other classes has shaken my confidence in my test-taking abilities.

With all of this "occupy Wall Street" crap that's been going on, I now have to deal with the effects of and hear all about "occupy Orlando". There are even people with picket signs saying things like "RESIST GREED" and other statements which are intended to make them look morally superior (which in itself is its own kind of greed). Isn't our economic system of capitalism based on the greed of the people? Oh wait, I remember now, capitalism sucks because that guy has more money than you do, and they should have to give some of it to you 'cause it's unfair. (Greedy, much?)

This is looking more and more like Atlas Shrugged every day. No wonder the book is so popular now.

Thought: What if this were to happen in Cantr? People going around all the towns (especially big towns) building landmarks saying "ABOLISH GREED" and attempting to imprison or overthrow or flame anyone who opposes them.

**Disclaimer** This post is not intended to start a political argument amongst the players (except for maybe the last part about "what if this happened in Cantr").

"One protester injured in the melee was Scott Olsen, a former Marine, two-time Iraq War veteran and member of Iraq Veterans Against the War, who sustained a skull fracture after being shot in the head with a police projectile."

You're right. That there is one stupid greedy moron, and he deserved what he got. What has that guy ever given back to his country? Why the hell should he feel so entitled?
