having two such amazing conversations that its hard to fathom it is 1:30am. i dont forsee myself sleeping, or even feeling sleepy as long as the good convos keep up. best convos ive had in a long time, and i am enjoying them immensely. thank you to the two fellas making tonight sleepless.

Got back from DeLand sometime yesterday. I just spent a week at a private university there, where six of my waking hours were spent playing clarinet. Finale concert was yesterday, and it was amaaaaazing. I'll be uploading them to YouTube as soon as possible.

Other than that, I feel like crap. Part of it is soreness from playing clarinet (did you know that the heart burns more calories in a 3-hour rehearsal (~700) than in a twenty-five mile bike ride (~400)?), part of it is from eating soooo unhealthily this week (I lived off of pasta with alfredo, danishes, and fruit loops), part of it is because I'm coming down a cold, and the rest is from overeating yesterday at dinner.

But I'm back for two weeks, so I don't have to play sleepy characters anymore!

Finally starting to level out from the initial depressive effects of my anti-anxiety meds. Which is awesome, because it was making me a lot more bothered by and invested in one my chars than I'd otherwise be. I'm usually pretty flat emotion wise, so it was very weird to suddenly be down in the dumps for no real reason.

I had such a brilliant day today. A very close friend, two giggling girls, picnic on the beach, the Ocean, swimming, sunshine after a week of rain, great conversation and a lot of laughter. I look very sunned/tanned already, and my red nose is but a small price. I am really happy.

Goods and bads news at the theatre reunion yesterday:

-I'll do the role I love.
-We are going to play it next Sunday.

Only a week to learn it... Ouch.

Rant: I. am. going. insane.

A fly followed one of us into the apartment and we apparently didn't kill it fast enough because now there's an infestation of the little bastards. I am normally an annoyingly mellow person, but flies just MAKE ME CRAZY. The boyfriend was very understanding of a psychotic moment I had in the kitchen earlier when he found me clutching a spray bottle of some sort of cleaner and ranting about zombie flies and how they know things, but he sent me away to sit at my desk for a while. Now we're going to have to search for baby flies. Yes, I know they are not called baby flies, but even typing the word grosses me out. And when I say we, I actually mean the boyfriend because, if I found any, I would never, ever stop screaming.

If you're having a fly infestation they're probably coming from outside. I doubt that baby flies would find enough food to develop in your apartement. And it would take days anyway.

Yesterday night, going to bed, I've realised that I'm going to take out a gun and shoot a man on the middle of one of the most important streets of my city.

I've told it to my sister and she has written on her appointement book: [insert Vega's real name here] is going to prision.

Maybe if I keep telling myself they're coming from outside, I can be slightly saner. There's definitely never been any meat in the apartment except whatever's in the cat food, at least not while we've been living here, and we don't have any potted plants or anything. It is old and hole-y, though, and we had a problem in the past with giant Satan-y beetle things.
