Evil for it's own sake could be a legitimate motivation... But evil for some other reason seems better to me. More complicated, for one thing. A character who lives for body count is too common a template for people who don't understand Cantr.

There are way to many mass murderers, pirates and other over-evil and violent characters around.
Some players seem to have creation of such characters as their sole purpose with the game...

IRL almost no people kill others simply for fun, or are purely evil.

Saddam Hussein, Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin etc. are some of the worst people we can remember, but they all at least motivated their actions...they all gained something from the crimes they commited.

If I would creare a crook I would have reasons for it...

well lets just say they all have their motives. ur all right about that stuff. most of them are going to try to make things better for everyone else in the long run.

but come on. there is no one that hasn't ever wanted to have a character whose sole purpose in life is a high body count that would be talked about in game for years, and leave behind a legacy.

Well, actually I have never had that ambition...and mass murderers are so common nowdays that no one will remember their name for a long time

I'm not going to be putting as much time into Cantr as I have been, so I thought I'd reveal the characters I've played and say thanks to everybody I've played with.

I wish Taargn would huury and come back to the mountains. Everyone there is too quiet. But it is a nice town so I don't want to leave it. I beleive Gwenlynn Rose was that traveling palmist right. She came into town and read some peoples palms and told their fortunes. That was nice. It was very orginal.

Gwenlynn is a very refreshing, fun loving girl, who takes joy in everything she experiences. Even picking potatoes lol. Taargn is going to miss her terribly, if she doesn't wake up. So she really hopes she does, at least occasionally.

I recognize two characters from the clan, (WOO-HOO! ) Saladin, and I could be wrong about that. Pauric, who for the past month and a half I thought was Crag speaking in the third person (GEE I'M DUMB ). Though that would make for an interesting, confusing and anoying character ...hmmm. Pauric is a very well played clan elder.

Sargent Snuffy - The hemp smoking, tater eating fisherman of Siom.

Ivan Styer - Starving somewhere SW of Cantre City.

Annathema - Living a meager life in them there hills South of Cantre City.

The first two, I take great pride in, but the other three... mnyahhh... I don't know. Maybe if they get struck by lightining I'd take more notice.

I have found the information on my older characters before the horrible year I went without internet. So for those of you who want to see them here they go. Some of the older charactes may know them. Whom ever plays Lenorra-Ness Tiffa and Rufus Ragnorson may know them. Most of the things they did I don't remember but I will fill in what I can.....Here goes.

Raymond- Joined a gang (can't remember the name) Mayor of his town was Rufus Ragnorson Minster was Lenorra-Ness Tiffa. Victoria Troska hands out food.

Farrah Flenoy- Also lived in Blaman with Raymond. Worked for Richard Windmill and Lenorra-Ness Tiffa.

Aisha Denim- Worked on buildings for Stabber Stan. Was looking out for Dager Millner, Meagon & Gary Sumatra, Johnny Kolob, Ibrahim Jaktara, and Jaba Krishna for the sheriff.

Star Bright- She new Treana Gregs. She was proposed to, but I don't remember my home. Was hurt by Rasheed Amer.

Daniel Joseph- Was working for Wu, Gregory Wyvern, Elisabeth Bartolomy, and Theresa Polk.

Winnie Sweden- Working for Wu with Daniel.

Joesph Taylor- Did business with Rebecca Schaefer and worked for Piers Anthony.

Emanuel Cameal- Worked for Marvin Biddle. Went to Olipifirovash Forest and was threated to be killed if I didn't join there clan. (don't remember the name).

Alexandria Columbus- Was just helping out the time as needed. She lived in Pok.

John Hilton- Was working with the scouts in Blaman.

Robert Demitre- Was running back and forth in Lad gathering lots of sand for a Mr. Pumptar.

Charlene Harris- Lived in Doryiskom, not much people around.

This was my newbie days and my characters was just learning the game.

Jimmy Fallon- Man turned a bit evil from Plaekur Forest West.
Tim Mac Gregor- Uh. A Mac Gregor? Actually got promoted to a "true Gregarach" a few Cantr years ago.
Rashad McCants- Constable of Pak (Currently away)
Vedam Dren- Once a killer, now is too lazy to find another town at the moment, he is in Shambon. He stole the Wailing Willy II all the way from Vrallynuets Lake area.
Lafe Nash- Works for Olip West Post Office and Inn
Jesper Svennson- I find him boring. He mostly loiters in Hilloi, and sleeps.
