No, we're RPing people who think they're animals, not people that ARE animals. Someone who RPs a char. who thinks they're a sheep even though they're clearly not is, IMHO, RPing better than someone who RPs a human character slot as if it's an actual dog, not someone pretending to be a dog. (which, again, don't exist in cantr)

The human doesn't have a tail or a chewtoy.

if the dog-person actions *wags his tail*, as per Jos' clarification on the character page, it's not allowed because he doesn't have a tail.

if the sheep-person says "Baaa" that's allowed because people can make sheep noises.

If the sheep-person actions *rubs his wool against a tree* it's not allowed because a person doesn't have wool. If it was *rubs his back* that'd be different.

Get where I'm coming from?

Because this gets into the ideas of imaginative characters. If, for example, a character is (for whatever reason) played as a schizophrenic, is he not allowed to interact with his hallucinations?

I work in the pet industry, and oh my god.... dogs wag their entired ass from the hips back when they are happy to see you... its the cutest thing. their whole rear half just starts moving with the tail. I love it.

But, I do agree, rping a dog isnt in the Cantr spirit because Dogs dont exist.... let alone the fact that no-one in Cantr has yet to see a wolf wag its tail. I do however think the sheep guy rocks!

This is just my personal view, but I find that some people try too hard to RP good...making their characters very odd just because they think good RPing is about making an exotic character.

There are just too many psychos, adults playing like babies and retards in Cantr at the moment...they don't even raise eye brows anymore.

I think the best RPing is often the more toned down characters, who can be annoying or a bit strange without totally going over the top.

See, now I can totally agree, the person playing the nut is not playing well. they need to be either more creative or shut up. The charrys player is diliberatly trying to draw atention to himself. A true crazy wouldnt bother explaining that he is "having a case of crazy" or tell people to remember he is talking to himself. he would just be a nut who does odd things and talks randomly to himself. no-one would have to interact with him for him to be nuts.

I still think the charry who thinks its a sheep rocks. thats good RP.
