Homemade baked goods are a whole other story because you can control how sweet they are. lol I choose my sweets carefully and I'm not ashamed to say that I am a snob when it comes to quality in that area. Thankfully most of my family is the same way so any desserts we have at the holidays are awesome no matter who makes it.

My childhood me would be ashamed at what I've become.... When I was a kid, I ate the icing and tried to pawn off the cake on someone else. Now I do the opposite.

Edit: I would totally eat choco covered bacon even if it was just one piece.

Yeah, I actually can't stand royal icing. I can only eat the whipped kind. Nummy! ^.^,

Hell, my diet consists of like:

Bagels+Cream Cheese
Scrambled Eggs
Ham Sandwiches

*jealous* I cannot eat any of these things anymore.

As for icing... *shudder* I've never liked icing, not even when I was a kid. And I take it as a personal insult when people put icing on brownies.

Chocolate covered bacon is surprisingly good and I never thought of it until my wife and I were on an anniversary dinner date and they served it as an amuse bouche (Those french have a different word for everything!), it was kinda served as some sort of ganache type fudge with bacon in it between courses. I am a fan!

RotD, pt 1: I have to keep logging in every time I come back to check the forums, even though I always make sure the 'login automatically' box is checked. pt 2: 100% complete on a repair project and still working? Really?! pt 3: I woke up on the wrong side of the bed with a killer headache that won't die! I've had a headache just about every day for the last week and I don't know if its a caffine headache because I haven't had a soda in 3 months, or if its because of I'm staring at the comp screen 24/7 without my reading glasses (very slightly far sighted), or if its just a frickin' sinus headache...but whatever it is, nothing helps!

I'm so out of today that I just now realized that I've been sitting in front of my computer topless for at least half an hour....

Started changing out of my uniform and got as far as taking my shirt off, but not putting another one on.

I so need to sleep v.v

Yeah, about that, sometimes I seem to think that hibernating bears bake all day. Hence why the last time I had the idea that I was a hibernating bear, I baked almost 4 dozen cookies.

Homework.....is......so..........BORING! ><

Snick got on my lap about a half hour ago, with a "you're not allowed to homework, now you must pay attention to MEEEEEE" type of attitude. She stepped on my keyboard, and I was seriously afraid all the random characters were going to get submitted if she pressed "enter" by accident. And I got a face full of "business-end" fur. I was like, "Okay, Snick, I love you, but I have homework to do! And your interference is NOT helping!" And then she lied down on my right hand and started purring really loudly. I had to put her back on the floor. Now she's kind of staring at me like, "Traitor!"

To top it off, my eyes are itching like CRAZY, and I've no desire to remove my contact lenses.

But anyways, it makes me realise how unlike Snick Snick is. And the same goes for my other pet-based character, although that one isn't quite as unlike my pet as Snick is unlike Snick.
