On her head? No - it's just really poorly textured hair  It should be all white. I'm getting close to turning over her hair to someone else to perfect...

For the record, this wasn't the best hair I could find, it was the only suitable hair I could find. I'm not married to it, and I actually don't really like it.

This is her description:

She is albino, her chin-length hair being snow-white and her iris as red as blood. She has a small, child-like frame, slight and nearly flat chested. She is short, standing only about 5 feet (1.6m) tall. Her face is petite, with a small nose and mouth, and a slightly pointed chin. If you stare at her eyes, they occasionally move erratically back and forth, involuntarily (nystagmus).

So, any chin-length hair will fulfill the description.

I thought of Seko straight away when I saw that pic...weird.

One of them is made of green, brown and black, his essence is the forest's, his taste is the mushroom's, his voice sounds like the wind through the leaves, and his emotions... only he can know that, cant' he? :)

Well, yea! That's how I see 'em. ;)

She does have a Seko-ish quality about her. I saw it too.

Susan of Zuzi.

Here she's worried about something, which is fairly often. Arguably the best one I've done yet.

I've messed around more with Sylvie's hair, and found a new style all-together, but I'll spare you repeated versions.

Truth Hair by Truth Hawks is some of the best hair you can find in SL, IMO. Not too expensive either at 200L a pack. But be forewarned, her store is always lagged because there's always nine million people there trying to get her latest releases.

Thanks for the recommendation. However, when all you have is $900LD in your pocket and no income, $200LD is a lot ;) Do they have nice demos?

Okay... Here I go... *takes a deep breath* Chroma Key proudly presents... "The Desert Rose".

Image

It required a lot of work, but I feel that it is now perfect. The prettiest character I've ever known in Cantr.

Nice! My character tried to recruit her once, but I swear it wasn't because of the cleavage! :D

And she's not even wearing the cleavage enhancer! ;)

What about her made you think of her as the most beautiful character in Cantr? The description? Her mannerisms? I'm curious.

Both. The description is not your standard "look how cute/gorgeous/sexy/beautiful I am" type (I have once seen something like "a beautiful body and an amazing pair of breasts"). She exudes charisma and radiance and is so full of life... The mannerisms, her unique qualities that you can only see if you look really closely and past her shell... The connection between my char and her... The way they complete each other. All that makes her the most beautiful char to me.
I could write a full essay about her, but this should be enough. :D

Yeah. They don't have streaks of odd color in the hair for as far as I remember. Just the floating box on top of the head. So their demos could work for what you're doing with them I guess.

Perfect smile

Postby Doug R. » Fri Oct 15, 2010 12:58 am

I discovered how to get the perfect smile in SL. Use a face animator to make a smile. These tend to be terrible looking. Then edit your shape. Adjust your avi's eyes and mouth until the smile looks natural. Tada! Take the picture.
