I think that the attackers were either played by the same player or organised outside of the game because 1. they all attacked at exactly the same time, 2. They were all very well-equipped, even the twenty-year-olds, which is rather unlikely if they didn't work together somehow, 3. they didn't spend any time informing each other or considering what to do, although there was no obvious criminal case here.
Here's a complete rendition of that day, including my char's arrival at the forest, so that you can see he didn't steal anything or something and you can draw your own conclusions... I blackened out my char's name, so as not to let too many people know I'm behind him, but I can tell the Players' Department in private.
