:?: That's a pity ... and what do you mean with the target public? Who would you be worried out to read it? And what is plague?

I don't understand - you can just disable auto-follow, right? Let anyone who wants to read your twitter read it, and you just write for institutions ... I can't see how lack of control over who reads the twitter posts can make it bad to post ...

P.S. To me that blog post you point to just suggests not to use auto-follow, it doesn't say you should not twitter :)

Bobby have a twitter with unprotected admission system. One website captures the address of her twitter and put it in a list. This site offers this list to whom may concern to follow a crowd of people, indiscriminately, in exchange for the possibility of being followed by a crowd of people, indiscriminately. This is what these automatic mechanisms are.

I do not want to be followed by this kind of people... and do not want to find them wandering around the Cantr.

Twitter is an excellent tool to disseminate massive, but it is bad to form a selected clientele.

Sorry.
