I could do a cartoon or hand drawn comic strip type thing.... but no animation.

I've got no problem making fun of people. ;)

You could do a storyboard, Dudel, some somebody else/others could animate it and/or provide sound, but of course that would leave it unclear as to who would get to make the next dare.
