You must hang out with hipsters or scenekids, in the past two years I've entered Hot Topic once, and didn't buy a thing. I don't sit in the mall all the time. You're seeing two extreme ends of things, there's that group of people in the middle, who could give a fuck what music you listen to, or how awesome your fedora is. I think someone is cool as long as their chill. I hang out with people who annoyingly go to the mall saturday nights, people who skate, people who listen to metal. I could care less, and that's how the majority of us are. The extreme ends just poke their ugly heads out in front of ours.QueenofBlades wrote:Ryaga wrote:Everyone ignores me -.-
THE AVERAGE TEENAGE AMERICAN DOES NOT WATCH DISNEY. Maybe as a tweenager or whatever the hell they're calling it now. (Pre-teen) Almost every person my age whom is 13 or over that's not considered wierd for watching Disney. Twilight is an exception, I personally hate it though.
No, you're right. The average American Teen older set watches Fuse and goes to Hot Topic to prove to everyone else how different they are, just like all their friends. Or they put on whatever ridiculously-named bit of 'retro' faux-sportswear they're into that day and go to their rancid smelling shops with pictures of half-naked gay men everywhere. I know this. I have teenage friends.
And yes, technically I am a teenager, but the last time I set foot in a mall was with my teenage friends, and it was so horrendously boring! I'd much rather sit down with a good book, a good drink, on a comfy bed, with some nice weed (on occasion) and some good ass (as much as possible).
Near as I can tell, teenagers nowadays are all about doing their best to avoid their mind, not stimulate it, stay on enough drugs where it won't work. It's just so tedious, honest, I don't know how they do it. I mean, ignorance may be bliss, but these days it's damn hard to be stupid.[/i]

I'm sorry to say this, but I hate the general teenage youth of America. No drive, no lust for knowledge or difference. We're stagnating, and as much as I love the internet it's part of the issue. It just makes me sad. I mean, look at their media. Hannah Montana. Jonas Brothers. Twilight. It's revolting, and it's all Twinkies.
Does anyone else see this or just me?
But... but... hannah isn't that bad...
You just made me go crossed eyed in pain. I can not even begin to explain to you the folly of your words. Can someone help me please?
*sighs* Mon Dieu, Wiro, you can't possibly really think that?
She's really awesome though, because, like she hides it really well that she is actually Miley Cyrus.
No.
I don't see you as a super pop star on stage, while hiding that from everyone, too! D: Soooo

Why on earth are people quoting huge blocks of text when they're only replying to a small part of it? Sheesh...
I felt like it.

I've been away for days, not that any of you fucks noticed.
Got kicked out of my house by my step father, then step father got reamed by muma and lied about the whole thing, and I've been like, house hopping for 3-4 days. In case someone may have wondered one day "Hmm, that Rebma chicks been m.i.a" which I doubt happened.
Anyways. Still spotty. Will be around. Maybe.

Of course we noticed. We were just scared we could be wrong, and we didn't want to bother you with it.

It's like, I'm around a bunch of people, talking, having fun, while in the back of my mind I still feel all alone.
