Yeah I tried to read all that, but most of the points were countered before. For instance, A JUSTICE COURT cannot make someone rich by coming up with evidence and a testimony. And Also, My post stated, "He is messed up." Not Guilty, but I believe he is Guilty, though I will leave it up to the Courts.

Firstly the coursts have allways been very bad to Jackson. Through his whole carreer they have done nothing but try and discredit him. Not only on the two sex abuse scandals. But on other things. People are either jeleous of him or they are just plain malicious. That is why if the jury say guilty, it won't be right. Hopefully the courts will reveal the truth and protect the innocent for once.

Secondly, this poll isn't screwed up and when you nitefyre say that he is screwed up, do you mean Jacko? If so then that is just a common misunderstanding.

I can dismiss theirclaims and still be level headed. The boy was disturbed. He cannot make an accurate accusation.

The media is a mixed blessing. Evil to people but a necessary evil in terms of news. The tabloids however have done nothing for him. The tabloids and people who call him a freak have turned a happy young man into a very angry man. It's sad.

And Missy is right in saying that it doesn't matter what surgery he had. Many others had it. I still think he doesn't allways look that bad except in that police snapshot.

And Missy is again right. I habve been saying this for eons! If Jackson was reallyguilty than why did they accept the settlement. And the boy who accused him doesn't show a sign of remorse for hims lies or doesn't show any psychological damage from apparent "molestation". Instead he is living the life of luxury off of Jackson's money.

The courts. What do they know. Justice is blind.

Counter-point: Your poll is screwed up and non-objective with in itself. Why do you make two options for He is Innocent and just One for he is guilty. Why not just one for each?

It may be minute, but trust me, little things add up to subject an argument.

Just for the record...I'm not stating what I'm stating to persuede anyone into believe either side. I am just giving the opposing argument that seems to be disregarded an awful lot. I thought I'd throw it in there. lol Nothing more. :P Im not defending MJ...because I myself don't know that he is guilty. I think not....but thats only because I wouldn't wish this true on any child if it does turn out to be true.

I've said my peace. :P Lets hope he's not guilty...even if ya think he is. :P

But I can say for sure that I positively believe that he is innocent. Unless there is cold hard evidence to prove otherwise. The kids own "statement" is minipulated by his parents.

Ok instead of tickin a box in the pole heres my answer. If Jacko is inocent, Tony Blair is not a total TW*T, Man U aren't the campest football team on the planet, California isn't the siliest place on earth, Woody Allen is funny, American sports are popular outside of the US, George Bush has a large vocabulary, Steve Macqueens not dead, London reflects what the rest of england is like and The Rolling stones dont all look like tey have shot themselves in the face ten times.

That isn't very nice. Some of things do apply.

Michael is innocent. It may seem like I think he's perfect but there are some things he does that I do not agree with. Two things actually. His involvement with the group "Nation of Islam" and the fact that he tries to make similarities between himelf and Jesus. Sometimes.

Weird Al is my number 1 hero though. Michael is definately innocent. Tony Blair has some total screwed up policies but he is Britain's best current leader.

If I had kids I'd think the same way. Everyone who has stayed there hasn't ever had a bad experience with him.

That is uncalled for. He does not deserve whatr people have done to him all these years. He's naive. Not a criminal. He does put himself in a position to be charged but that doesn't mean that people can really say the things that they say.
