Super coal drill

Postby Doug R. » Thu Apr 13, 2006 11:07 am

My charrie is working on a coal drill, and it says you can drill 1000g per day, however, at skillful, he is drilling 1000g in 4 hours. On anything else, the most bonus I've ever seen is about 50% at expert, so this 50% bonus at skillful seems a bit off to me, so I'm wondering if the 1000g is a typo, or if there is a bug allowing his pickaxe to contribute?

Looking at it seems like there is a bug - the pickaxe is probably being included - Can you send details of your character so I can confirm this

This has now been fixed

All drills and harvester projects no longer get the speed bonus for possesion of tools used to gather the raw material by hand.

Refining of iron ore and alumina projects would have also been effected by this bug

What tool would speed up refining of iron ore and alumina?

The pickaxe - It used to speed up the extraction of iron and aluminium when both could be dug from the ground.

Oh, that was a bug? So the dung fork won't do anything with the potato harvestors?
