Simply baking it and eating it has very few reprocussions and can actually be beneficial to your health.
They did a study here about the long-term affects of marijuana users, and found that their IQs either stayed the same, or went up slightly.
Anyway, I'm not condoning drug use at all, but...yeah...

Ooh ooh, and another thing...
I don't believe in flu shots or anything like that. Vaccinations are a maybe in my book...I doubt I would have willingly gotten them, but it's a law in NC that I can't go to school without them. And it's a law that I have to go to school, so...hehe.
Anyway, just saying, that I honestly can't see the difference between painkillers and weed, either. I mean, medicinal marijuana works wonders for those who don't have any other hope for relief...who the narcotics and generic drugs don't work for.
And if it works for them, why not for us?
Again, not saying that I'd do drugs all the time, but occasionally, in like...cake form...I don't think I'd mind.

The only danger marijuana has ever created for me is excruciatingly (probably not a word) embarassing moments due to laps in memory. At work on Saturday night we were really busy. I left the bar for a moment, came back and there was 12 dollars sitting on the beer cooler. I asked my partner over and over what was it from and she honestly didn't know. I honestly didn't either. At the time. All night I gave her a really hard time about her lack of respondsibiliy, her lackof profesionalism, etc.., etc.., I made our manger reset our cash register, which came up not short. Right before I got off, my manager asked, "Why were there so many quarters in the drawer?" My response "Oh, Lauren cashed them in for 12 dollars, which she never picked back up from me.......
I spent the rest of my shift grovelling for forgivness and doing any random task for Cindy (my partner)I could to make it up to her.
So in summary, in 13 years of smoking, no danger, ever. Just really embarasing moments due to holes in my memory.

Weed makes you cool with life, you get slow and calm... right?
Now... what drug is the most dangerous drug there is? Alcohol. More people are killed every year as a reslut of alcohol, than any other drug. And now we're not only talking about drinking yourself to death. No. A lot of violence that leads to killings is done by people who normally wouldn't fight or hurt anyone. But alcohol can bring out the worst sides of a person, while weed can not. A lot of people, mostly men, gets a lot more agressive and violent when drinking. I've witnessed it countless times, I'm sure all of you have too. How many of you have seen a fight between people high on weed? If it did happen, I reckon they didn't hurt each other that much? While alcohol actually makes you feel less pain than usual, this adds another dangerous effect to people who gets agressive. They can actually hurt themselves as well as others, tremendously without feeling much until they get sober...
Maybe someone mentioned it already, but I couldn't find it...
The tobacco companies in USA are pretty powerful, right? I'm sure they have a thing or two to say when it comes to discuss if weed should be legal. Think of all the people who would buy weed instead of ordinary cigaretts? Imagine the billions of dollars the tobacco companies would loose on this... Or am I being paranoid?

They recently made weed legal in Denver, Colorado. Crap, I live on the east coast!
And, apparently Marlboro makes weed cigarettes to be sold in Amsterdam and the like.
Anyway, I'm against smoking in all shape and form. As I said earlier though...space brownies at my house!

I heard years ago that along with memory loss, one of the more serious side effects of canabis use is schizophrenia.
This was confirmed the other day on the TV when a report showed that a brain scan taken of a canabis user had the same pattern as that of someone who was registered schizophrenic. I'm not an expert in brain patterns, and it was only a short piece, but it looked like a fairly serious program, possibly even the news.
Sadly, I can't give any sources because I can't remember which program it was.

Even if the voices aren't real...They have some pretty good ideas!

TV? Well, I can't debate that then.
But seriously, that is one of the most retarded arguments I have heard. Provide some sources for something so serious as this.

Why debate over Marijuana when it's (litterally) poison? Can't we just agree it's bad and be done with it?
Marijuana shortens your life? How?
And it's "bad"? How? What is "poison", exactly? More people die from tylenol than weed.
And riding a bicycle lowers your life expectancy signifigantly more than smoking weed. Should we illegalise it?

There's loads more sources, just type Weed legality in Denver.
