Napoleon Dynamite is the greatest! It's so freakin hilarious!

Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.

Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"

The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.

Alright, I should add that I had NEVER turned a movie off before the end unless I was just too tired to finish UNTIL Romeo and Juliet. I remember turning it on and sitting there watching some goof balls singing at a gas station or something. My wife looked at me, I looked at her and I said this will probably end soon. I kept sitting there and they kept singing!

It was crap, utter crap. Sorry. I did hear later that the singing stops. So, I probably should have waited a bit longer but it just sucked too bad to continue. I felt like grabbing a pencil and busting my eardrum after about 15 seconds...but I found the remote, thankfully!

Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorites, though I'm a big fan of anything phantom, I've seen the musical four times, own the broadway soundtrack and have recently seen the discworld parody at the theatre and it's even better.

Plan 9 from outer space is a brilliant movie if you are a teenage nerd/goth with a perchant for retro sci-fi.

A really bad movie was the colour remake of night of the living dead. Ruined a perfect horror. Also Jurassic Park (and its cash-in sequals).

I thought it was just hilarious in an unintential way.

One thing that has happened to me in recent years is that I can watch any movie, unless it is my first time seeing it and it is absolutely amazing and revolutionary.

Even Lord of the Rings, I can't watch this movie any more and keep a straight face. It really is depressing the heck out of me. The only movies I can watch now are comedies. I really love movies, but everytime I get a movie that is supposed to be serious, I end up laughing my butt off.

Well, now that I have strayed about 93 miles from the topic, I guess I'll try to tell you the worst movie that I have seen in a while.

--------------Pokemon - The Movie---------

Yes, I watched it. Not on my own free will fortunately. I was baby-sitting and this little kid was like, "Whoa!! Mom rented 'Pokemon -- The Movie'."

My first thought was, Please tell me his mom didn't put the medicine on the top-shelf (I am pretty short. Only 5'6" )

Sooooo, I pretty much just wanted to poison myself before I watched the movie, but afterwards, I felt even more like ingesting poison.

The funniest movie that I have seen of late is "Dead Alive". Aw man, that movie is the epitome of Gross and Funny movies. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life, or come so close to hurling.

The greatest part in the movie is when the kung-fu crazy priest fights those zombies. His catch line is "---------". Sorry, you'll have to watch it. Hehe, my cousins and I have been quoting that movie ever since.

I'm out.

Off topic but...

Now, were you joking with the first one? Or did you shrink? I am very confused...

No, it turns out that I had an inaccurate measurement the first time around. I just measured myself today, and unfortunately, I am 5'6", the second measurement is the correct one.

My appologies for the confusion. I wish I was 5'8".

By the way, did you remember that, or did you go back and look. 'Cause if you remembered that, I congradulate you on your amazing memory. :o
