Just picked this up on Steam sale last night, along with the other Don't Starve DLC's in a pack. Anyone else playing this game? Thoughts?
I'm loving it so far.

Yep. A helpful tip, if you got it on steam, look at the workshop, has items that make it a whole lot more fun and easy to play. If not, I would suggest looking up mods for DST and then putting them in the game folder. Really useful.

I love this game! We just got it two days ago, and only SLOWLY started figuring it out myself, so been just on my own "private" aka: LAN server with my son, and we are enjoying dying, a LOT, but in silly entertainment.

Yes, I've been dying a lot in it as well. But it is also fun to create in it as well.

This came back on sale! I'm loving this so much. It may have made me neglect Cantr a few hours, so I don't know if it's healthy or not... haha.

Are there a lot of differences from the single-player game in DST?

I'ma add Rebma and nateflory
I know FiziKx necro'd this thread but have been curious about DST for some time now. Pretty clever marketing by them to make a separate multiplayer edition (rather than just adding to the original game).

It's fairly similar, but the addition of multiple people lowers the difficulty Extremely if you play cooperatively among friends and increases it greatly if you go Rogue and PvP style it.
