As an Artificial Intelligence theorist (and a strategy game lover :3 ) I've become quite interested in this game. Not that I've been granted a beta code yet, though.
The science part makes it look quite legit, unlike that old "Spore" game which was quite cute yet pretty unscientific.

That looks very interesting. It reminds me (very tangentially) of Unnatural Selection.
