My 'mother' char on FTO is sickly sweet by comparison. I can't believe how well I'm doing sweet, I can't seem to manage it on Cantr.

I'm quite surprised at how thoughtful and caring the children have turned out so far.. where are my rebels?!!

Something like this? I didn't go too much into details yet. Does she have hair? Which side does she keep the whip?

Oh my, Seko, that's amazing!

The race doesn't have hair, or at least there's nothing about it in the description. I should've posted it earlier, as the race looks a bit different from what you drew. At least, the head.

Standing anywhere between 4 and 6 feet tall, this species has a very sleek body which is covered in a smooth moist layer of skin. They are capable of walking on two legs, but can also use their arms to move about on all fours. The posterior appendages end in large webbed feet and their hands have large suction-cup fingers for grasping wet surfaces. They have yellow eyes, slitted ears and sharp teeth set inside an elongated mouth with which they speak in melodic tones. Their skin color can range anywhere from dark blue to light green. They are capable of traveling on both sea or land, but are somewhat slow at doing the latter.

But although they can walk on hand and feet, she never does that. She's right-handed, so the whip is on the right.

It shouldn't take all that much editing.

Should she have a nose at all? I'm assuming they have gills. And slitted ears? I still assume they have a fin like structure there.

Awesome, I would be able to use that as a picture.

EDIT: I do think she has a nose. I've roleplayed a nose a few times. I think that from the outside they're pretty human-like, but in their body they have the fish-stuff to breathe underwater and all.

I'm not sure what the slitted ears are like. I'm thinking something like the ones you did, but with a slit in 'em. And a bit rounder.

Ok, what I did was make the face more fish-like, turn the ears more fin like and added slits, added the whip, made the feet bigger and flatter, added shadows and made some general adjustments. I haven't included the falcon bones and feathers yet.

And cyan is certainly not yellow. Just google for it.

This fits the race much more than what I first had in mind for the race. I totally love the fingers and ears.

Well I realised it wasn't once I thought about it...but yeah. Seko did my baby drawing for my race and it rocked. Though I don't use it anymore cuz she's bigger now.
