Am I the only one watching the FTO madness occur?

Re: What is FTO?
I am one of those affected by this new thing... And while I completely disagree with how it was handled (age requirements and all that), It's not really THAT devastating to me, so... meh.

Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.
Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"
The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.

Re: What is FTO?
OK, I'm bored and checked it out on FTO's forum. I'm still waiting around #20 or so in the queue so don't even play yet (again). Now I'm wondering if I really want to get involved there. I don't mind the "natural death is possible at old age" rule. I don't like it, but if you know it's possible then it's easier to deal with when it happens. The way the game creators/mods went about it was Completely F'd Up, though. Whatever they were smoking, I want some. "Hey, lets kill off some active chars and then the players will want to sign up as Adam/Eve! Oh...And lets not tell them anything about it either."
Very bad first impression of that Mrs Lumin from her posts, too.

I've never managed to like Lumin, and Mrs Lumin seems like just a pillow under his ass, so whatever. I've seen the pet system announcement, so I've got into queue with one of mine accounts, but after reading some more forums I'm already regretting this.

Everytime I recommend FTO to anyone, I tell them to stay away from the forums.

Re: What is FTO?
Well, my character died at age 96. I'm not sad, though, I was kinda bored and she had no purpose left. Now I'm 166 in the birth queue, I wonder how long that'll take. I'm looking forward to playing a baby.

I finally made it through the queue. And I'm trying to be more patient with the whole being a baby thing this time.

Re: What is FTO?
At this rate, it should take me about three weeks to get through the queue.
