Simply curious about the state of in-game affairs on FTO. Plus you did play my sister and later daughter, so I have a right to know. HAH.

The baby thing was fun, for a brief moment. I don't think you should be stuck in that condition for very long. I think the interface bothered me, too.

Yeah, the interface is a little odd...but I'm not ready to give up yet. Just don't know what the heck I'm supposed to do from here. lol

Not a whole lot. You can talk, which gets translated into baby talk. You can also emote with asterisks. Just don't try to emote and talk at the same time. You can also eat (hopefully your parents will give you food). If there's prepared food on the ground, you can pick it up, plus pick up other things. You can also move inside.

Basically, clicking (or hovering over) the small blue icons allow you to interact with the environment.

My colony is probably about to go extinct since my daughter tried repeatedly to mate with her brother but couldn't get pregnant. I guess once you get to your fifties, you're out of luck. Out of self-preservation I roast meat and eat it when I get hungry but it seems like a waste to keep on living when we failed the holy duty of making babies. It would be just a matter of a few clicks to get naked and go outside to die of hypothermia (provided that it's winter, I wouldn't know since I've stayed inside for quite a while). But there's that silly sense of self preservation. I hope death from old age exists so that I won't have to make a decision about killing my character.

Old age does exist, but I think Lumin has inflated life expectancies a bit.

Takes a week before you can talk at age 1...
If you want to change the names of people just click and type. When you refresh, it will be changed. A lot of the interface is like that.
I think you're born with food, but after that it's the parents that need to give it to you.

ACTUALLY If I remember right, you don't start appearing as starving until an hour or two after birth.
