To znaczy że wszelkie kontakty emailowe z departamentami powinny odbywać się przy pomocy linku `Kontakt z Departamentami Cantr` u dolu strony gracza po zalogowaniu. Ten link jest takze dostępny bez logowania ale pozwala wtedy tylko na wysylanie do departamentu graczy i programowania
