a character just spawned at my location (Klojt Mountain north)....I say he spawned there because I did not see him arrived and I know he wasn't there just a few hours ago...

anyway, he dropped a note advertising 'peoplestocks.com' and left.... I would think that is a CRB among others things...

I labled the person 'dropping ads'

took place between 1544-0.12 and 1544-0.13

And I thought it was bad enough people were spamming the forum.
