Sister?

1455-1.31: Rayne says: "I am Rayne, I wish to have my sister released from being held to starve to death in the Luskan Inn of Tirqci! She is being starved there by some man who wishes to take items from her dead body, once she starves."

Happened in Tircqi.

Sounds suspicious

If these "sisters" belong to the same player, it is an obvious breach. I'll let handle this to my English PD friend.
