People using ooc knowledge to their advantage.

Public discussion channel to report possible breaches of the capital rule and for the public investigation of suspected cases. Note that in many cases it might be preferred to report such cases in private to players@cantr.net instead of on this forum.

Not a specific event as such, but it's happening all over.

Some people know how to dock to moving boats and are using this to their advantage.

Either tell everybody how to do it or make it ilegal.

It has been posted many times before . You can dock to a moving boat if you are close enough at the time of initiating docking .

Anybody is allowed to put information in the wiki - unacceptable information will be removed by our crack team of ever-vigilant wiki lurkers (me). I started a guide to docking at http://cantr.net/mwiki/index.php/Docking a while ago, but never finished it - if someone could finish it, that would be grand.
