Annoying character

One character (man) in Vlyryan Fields (west) broke some of rules. At the begining he pick up all the notes and edit them. He wrote in them insulting texts, next change them to not editable and he trow it to the ground. Then he say that we have to kill him. He continually swear. Shortyl after that he set out to Vlyryan. I went after him and during travel he said: "haha" dozens of times in one line. Can someone do it with him? When he reach Vlyryan he start brake rules ona more time. Now he in the travel from Vlyryan Fields (west) to Vlyryan.
