I found ileagal notes at sil.
name: een Note -Geheim plan-
through these notes you can enter locked buildings
My char cristien is carrying this note at sil
the note was found in the detentie centrum of sil

They kinda transport you into those buildings. That's what I understood from Saskia.

no you couldn't. It's cheating, and it's not permitted in the game. Cantr is more than interesting enough when you play within the framework of the game.

She said there might be more notes like it inside other buildings, maybe someone can check that...

I got rid of all in-game occurrences of this note and copies (also under other names). Besides, it doesn't actually work. Probably never did.

an "Aspirant Member" of a Department is already part of the department. They just don't have full privileges yet, usually because they're still being trained.
