CR Breach in Kwatsjdurov.

This guy also has another character on a path near Romov. He first stole a bunch of things and left, but has since returned them. I tried to explain to him the game, and repeatedly suggested he look over the CR rules again, but it doesn't seem that he took that advise, or at least does not understand.

1220-3: Vous voyez a man in his twenties arriver à Kwatsjdurov, par la route de Kwatsjdurov Hill Exits à Kwatsjdurov Hills (north).



He first got the names of his characters confused.
