Khaarhii is the newest person in town, a definite newspawn, yet he walks into a building and comes out with a friend a moment later, and they sure do sound like it is one person....bottoms up, of course.

This is so borderline CRB. Sure they are obviously the same character but it isn't like it's cheating.

His two characters are not only in the same town, but are working together to attack people.

I scared them out of town and they are now headed towards the stone knights. Not the best solution, but my guess is that it will solve this one incident.
