Yes let him continue to piss us off. He seems to be a timid newspawn bent on death.

Sorry Peanut, but it looks to me as if he was specifically told what he was doing wrong and doesn't seem to care. If he thinks it's so boring maybe he shouldn't play.

This section of forum isn't for annalyzing a persons punnishment. His/her annoying occurences will be taken into consideration by the PD and assessed as usual.
