I play in the Spanish area and a guy has asked where the people are (because we are few people), could be fair if I say to him where the people are?

If I understand you correctly, You mean you want to tell your friend where people are located on the island? But you want to tell him in a messenger or something?
If thats the case then no, cant do that.
