Maybe this should be in the Suggestions thread.
My suggestion for these two: a dedicated chat server, just for the two of them. It's hell to read their talk all the time. If they don't stop this soon, my character will commit suicide.

1157-4: Fringon (a man in his twenties) says: "OOC: ya me to."

1157-4: Mkazas (a man in his twenties) says: "And no 20 kilograms means 20,000."

1157-4: Mkazas (a man in his twenties) says: "OOC: US"

1157-4: Fringon (a man in his twenties) says: "(OOC: so i just have to ask you, were you from? ime gesing its a place that uses metric, right?"

1157-4: Fringon (a man in his twenties) says: "2000 grams eh? "

1157-4: Mkazas (a man in his twenties) says: "So when we get wood ill bring back a little over 20 kilograms if I can carry it all. I might make two trips."

1157-4: Mkazas (a man in his twenties) says: "Ok fringon, I think this is the start of a beautiful partnership."

Yep, that's fringon annoying. I hate OOC chatter. I think players who do it should be hunted down and forced to listen to the one-sided cell phone conversations of high school girls in love - one hour for every instance. That would teach them.

Can we keep this topic open this time, to report it in case it happens again?

Mkazas has already been told in game to keep OOC chatter to whispers, not spoken out loud to everyone.

I chased down a thief, partly due to it being a thief and partly to vent my frustration of the rash of fools in aki.

If they haven't been talked to yet, they need to be.

They have been, and hopefully that will be the end of it.

I was scouring the maps looking for useless, obscure, meaningless resource to send them out on a hopefully one-way trip for, since the local bears aren't hungry enough to eat those two idiots, but my character is too nice a guy to do that just yet....
