In Seatown Prison, Cell 1, Mr. Betz has started to build a coin press, and added stone to it.
This is a project he could never complete, and I think there is no IC rationale to build it.

Could the project be removed, and mr. Betz spoken to?

This isnt exactly a Capital Rule breach, its an annoyance but not a breach and does not require ooc staff intervention.
