There a note in Kwor Forest:

Note --=-=-<>-=-<>-<Map>-<>-=-<>-=-=--

[contents;
AKYPOR: DESCRIPTION
Borders a sea.
Raw materials:
bla
bla
bla
AKYPOR: EXITS
Akypor Path to invisible (north) (sand road)]

Makes the point. (I changed road and resource names.)

I don't see it. What's wrong? And what do you mean with invisible?

Dude, Akypor is on KDS island, Kwor is on K island.

That means nothing-- I've a character who has a very nicely-made map from a distant land-- a land she's never seen, never been to, and which isn't attached to her continent.

It should only be a CR breach if someone copied the info into a text editor from one character and pasted it into a note belonging to another character in a different location. If the map travelled to K Island by boat, then how is that a breach?

I don't even know-- can the PD track a note's creation and movement?

I didn't think there's been contact with K-island from others, in which case it would make it highly suspicious.

It's possible but very unlikely. A while back there was a topic about has anyone travelled between these islands and no one had, or maybe one or two people but it's much more likely that this is a breach.

I'd say it's a breach.

To the best of my OOC knowledge, explorers from K island have found another island (more often than you might think) but it's not the one with Akypor on it.

Again, that's not proof of anything. If travellers from KDS island go to $OtherIsland, and travelers from K Island *also* go to $OtherIsland, then they might trade maps of their far-distant worlds (and by "trade maps," I also mean "drop a map/die dropping a map, pick up a map in the middle of nowhere).

But what are the chances in that.

Think about this... if someone had actually been to Akypor, they would have to have come/gone by boat. Therefore they would have landed in a port... and someone in Kwor or another port would know. It would be a fairly monumental achievement, and the note would not be an isolated incident in Kwor Forest (which is the most pointless location on the island).

CR Breach in my opinion.

A map with the same sort of title is in Seatown hills, that's a place where it might exist legally and maybe the player copied it from that area, then created a note on their other character, never realizing the places are on separate islands.

And I think anyone who has (or has had) a character in K island knows about them sending people to another island, but I still don't think there's an often used connection to KDS or the old island.

It's happened many a times on K - island, it's not a big deal, but it's annoying. There was an incident in KF where some-one wanted a crowbar for one of their other chars locked in some building in a stupidly far away location like Krif.

But like I say it's not big deal, just thought I'd bring it up. It's mightily annoying!
