Note with "Cantr rules" found in the game

In 1051, one of my characters ran into a note titled "OOC : hulp bij het spelen van cantr" in Wirwarov Hills (south) in the Dutch area. (translation is OOC: help with playing cantr)
In this note there's an explanation of game principles: travel, projects, etc.
Not sure if it's a CR-breach (it says OOC in the title of the note), but it definitely is a spoiler that shouldn't be there.
The note can be edited, so I can simply delete the contents, but it probably has been copied. My character picked it up, so that tracing is possible.
