...In other words, Patrick McLanahan had his own character arrested for a crime, and brought this character to Olip West to save him (Or perhaps the other character was spawned here. Point being, Patrick was NOT in Olip West when the other was arrested, and therefore, can only know of the other mans arrest - or who he is - by using OOC information.)

Just to add onto the idiocy of this player...

Things are getting out of hand. He doesn't respect the Capital Rule at all, and figures that it either doesn't exist, or he doesn't have to obide by it. The man is being imprisoned for his theft of items ICly, as to why I left those things there (So that it's not assumed that he was imprisoned for breaking the Capital Rule, in which itself would be a breach for doing so.)

Something must be done. He says here...

He claims that the Players Department told him to use one character to free his other (Which is how I interprite it, anyway.) - I'm sure they didn't.

That's the same guy I reported on in Quillanoi. I knew that from the first post though. Toss him out on his bum! He's way out of control. He's either, been here before, and is purposely tormented us, or he's 7 years old, literally, and has no business being here in the first place.

I am in that area and it is quite annoying, I mean I go and eat food, come back and all that has happened.. After a while I skipped over everything.. Too much crap.. I do have to agree.. I think that player, if you want to call him that, should be removed.. it is messing up the game.. :evil:
