Is it possible he's been to siom maybe.. He is still in his twenties.

I think it is possible.
I had a character that is now dead that bought passage on a boat from somebody.... and I think he was in both those areas.
I could be wrong, but I think it can be done.

As far as I know, there's nobody on K-island who's come there from another island.

Could be wrong though.
