What else should a CRBer do nowadays to be noticed by the PD?

There are players "not quitting the game" just in a slight hope to outlive the OOC'ers. These players don't RP anymore, they just wait for the cheaters to stop doing it with an intervention of PD. I'm one of these players and it's easy to notice in game that I'm not the only one. I wonder if PD is doing something about it, if not I want to know why.

Just stating the obvious here but have you reported it?

No, I haven't. A report isn't a requirement for PD to warn a player for breaching the capital rule.

Why not? Staff have access to a lot of information about player activity, but they can't look at everything all the time. If you suspect something, report it. If it doesn't pan out, no harm done. If it turns out to be a verifiable CRB, then it can be shut down.

The question is about being noticed... not being reported.
I guess it's pretty hard to get any CRB noticed now... and really... reporting doesn't seem to change that.

I look forward to PD's response though.

Player's Department does more than you know, and for player privacy and security they will not tell you what they do. However, we greatly appreciate reports to PD as they do make a substantial difference. If you're concerned about something, please do tell the PD.
